Kiara is an unknown character who keeps appearing in the manga. It is unknown if he is an ally or an enemy however he has said that Rahzel is his and that he is currently lending her to Alzeid. It is revealed that he is Baroqueheats second older brother. Branowen has stated that Rahzel Alzeid and Baroqueheat all have essential roles in his scenarios.
