(spoilers) Question about Vol. 1 Ch. 3 of Reiraku

Alright so apparently our main character Fakazawa Kaoru harassed his assistant Tomida. She came by to say she has resigned because she hated him and the work environment and could never work up the courage to say so until now. She then says shell be pressing charges with a lawyer for harassment. However I dont remember in this chapter or any of the previous chapters where he harassed her. Does she just mean that the work environment was really bad and he should be punished for it? Is it poor translation? Was it offpage story that we are supposed to assume happened?
