Intro I was introduced to this series by a random Youtube Video and decided to give it a go because it was type shiii and it is an underrrated piece in my opinion. I went into it without having any expectations so I am pleasantly surprised that it was not a load of horse shit. My Overall Thoughts Simply put this follows a very typical stoyline of every other action/sci fi anime out there. Not Particularly something amusing but also nothing to be disappointed about the protagonist gets a hold of an ultra cool power set and goes on a rapidly moving adventure. The characters are portrayed well through out the series whether it be in their development and their voice acting completely solid in my books. But what makes this show so much more compelling to watch is most definitely its stellar animation combined with a polished in my eyes artstyle. Tbf I am not a hard person to please in entertainment but it was certainly a cut above many anime in this genre. The Pacing of the series is quite rushed at many points but its kind of understandable since they are trying to fit in as much context in a short time frame. All in all though. I would be lying to say that I did not thoroughly enjoy it as it was a refreshing and memorable show Id watched in a while Certain Gripes/ Critics 1. As told before the pacing of the show is rushed at certain points. This effectively makes the show lose a lot of untapped potential and also possibly more in depth fight scenes that could have elevated the show so much more. 2. Certain Backstories are introduced purely because it could give a very clich understanding on whats going to happen 3. The Evolution of Some of the MechaUde Transformations are heavily underwhelming for the buildup they are given which gave off a ekh feeling in me 4. Lastly this is my personal take of course but i did find the final scene a bit underwhelming to what I envisioned it to be. It doesnt really take off much from the series because the animation is just wonderful but yh it was kind of skibidi ohio for me. Concluding Points And Takes MechaUde: Mechanical Arms is well worth the watch for anyone who enjoys a quick action package. Having the perfect balance of action and comedy it was certainly a breath of fresh air to me. Its not perfect obviously but same goes to every other show tbh. What I am trying to convey is Its good Its worth the measly 3 hours of your lifetime
