Logging into VR games with AI maintaining the world is a plot which is repeating.
When I started reading this I didnt have much expectations but the initial chapters hooked me into reading. Becoming a successor of a god and finding his wherabouts was what it was all about and I was also predicting on how long it would take since Overgeared was already more than 100 chapters with no real progress and a boring MC.
After 100 chapters I felt the story dragging and was planning to drop it but then the story got into its final phase.
The author must have also known it would be good to not extend the story and give it a stable and good ending.
The last so chapters were a bit rushed since the plot and the stories on the Gods went in fast pace compared to how it was moving on in the initial 100 chapters.
In the last chapters each chapters were having the plots revealed instaed of dragging and ending in cliffhangers.
The ending was good especially the reveal of Thananos.
The Side Stories which I thought were just gonna be some milking from the author was infact giving a good ending to the story.
We got to know each of the characters backstories the AI and Thananos initial days and Charos and Yurias intial days on how they met made an empire etc.
The saddest back story I felt was of
Overall the author has tried to use the plot of VR games to convey the story on how the AI feels or does the work on overseeing the world it is tasked with creating maintaining etc. He is the God of the world. And this God choose Hyusung to do his deeds as in choosing disciples.
