Eve 22 It/Its/She/Her Genderfucked Trans Woman Ive been reading manga and watching anime since I was eight. Im trying to get back into watching stuff consistently. However Ill frequently burn out and move onto other things for weeks or even months at a time. So if I disappear for a while dont be too surprised. I really like writing and writing reviews is an extension of that. I also like to analyze both anime and manga through an intersectional transfeminist lens. I feel like critical examinations in that style are sorely lacking especially here. I think the misogyny and queerphobia inherent to a lot of anime is absolutely worth talking about and while I doubt Im the most eloquent voice in the room I still want to be a voice. Im not sure if Ill write a review for every single thing I watch just yet but Ill give it my best shot. If you have any recommendations for anime with lesbian/trans characters weird premises overly complex magic systems or just a boatload of outthere kinks send them my way.
